Okay, so, I’ve been messing around with my computer lately, trying to get it to run a bit cooler. Specifically, I was looking at my SSD, you know, the solid-state drive. These things are supposed to be way faster than the old-school hard drives, and they are, but I was wondering if they needed a heatsink or something to keep them chill.

  • Seventh: I checked my computer’s overall cooling system.

And you know what? My computer seems to be running just fine. The SSD isn’t getting too hot, and everything is chugging along smoothly. I guess those people online were right! It is a good way to keep my SSD running smoothly for a long time.
